Maven Movement empowers adult dancers of all levels. We offer 3 progressive training programs that result in a community performance or video shoot starring our members! We also offer a series of workshops, drop in’s and collaborative experiences.
We are about empowerment, inclusivity, and self expression!
Curious about heels? Start here.
We’ll break down the basics—posture, walks, simple grooves, and a short combo—at an easy, beginner-friendly pace. No experience needed, and heels are always optional.
Perfect if you’ve never tried a heels class before or want a low-cost way to give it a try!
Over 12 weeks, train and perform in a heels-forward, sci-fi dance experience.
